My name is Annie Evans and I want to be your Buyer Agent and help with any real estate needs you may have. Real Estate is all about relationships and I want ours to be a lasting one. Your satisfaction is more important to me than any commission.
There is nothing better than a trusted ‘person’ working for you with your needs in mind. It is important to also understand that while it might be tempting to call a listing agent posted on Zillow, remember they have fiduciary responsibility to the seller. As your buyer’s agent, I would providing you with the information that maybe the sellers would not be emphasizing in their marketing.
There is nothing wrong with an agent representing both buyer and seller, but this arrangement has to be agreed to by all parties and it relies on an extra level of integrity to be fully accommodating and fair to both buyer and seller. My life is built on my own integrity which remains the core to my entire working career. Integrity and honesty are why I am a great agent for you.
Even after a deal is signed, there is a maze of details that need to be dealt with and I am experienced in checking them off the list – and protecting you from any potential snags, snares and surprises that are common to all real estate transactions.
I like to meet new people and listen to what they are looking for and the process of going out and finding them the best solution whether it is your new property or a buyer for your property. Even during the moments that are tough, I enjoy the problem solving and the negotiation process. I like to win for my clients…period. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing my clients happy after a successful transaction.

I have joined GP Real Estate in Ventura (right on Main Street, which I love). I have lived in Malibu and been part of the lifestyle since I was a toddler, but moved to Ventura after we sold our family estate. I just fell in love with it and finally moved my office too. I still work in Malibu.

I have worked in development, construction and all related aspects. While I have traveled the world and enjoyed many adventures, I always come back to where my heart is, as well as, the joy of exercising my experience and expertise.

That being said, I am a Californian and love various areas of the state and I will be representing some of them as well – especially those adjacent to Malibu. I know much of California very intimately and, let’s face it, not everyone can move to Malibu (I love to be able to offer more affordable homes with similar lifestyle here in Ventura and surrounds).

I strive throughout any transaction to make sure the client is feeling represented and receiving the highest level of customer service. I understand that sometimes the best way to represent clients is to work in partnership with others to really get the best marketing or representation.

A Buyer agent is dedicated to representing your best interests and finding you the best home possible that meets your specific needs and budget.
Buyer agent will work very hard to fulfill your dreams and represent you in all negotiations  to overcome all the snags that come up between Buyers and Sellers. There is seldom a real estate transaction and closing that doesn’t come up against some hiccups.
Remember that all Real Estate professionals are licensed and have oversight from brokers and state and local licensing and Realtor® associations, including the MLS listing services that they are enrolled with. They also are required to participate in continuing education.
Buyer’s agents are better able to negotiate on your behalf. They want to get you the best deal possible and they know how to negotiate. They are there to protect your interests and our job is making real estate transactions successful.
So, why me? Because I love what I do and there is nothing more satisfying than closing a successful deal where my buyer is happy and overjoyed with their purchase. I really enjoy listening to my buyers, building a long term mutually rewarding personal relationship. My focus is towards a mutually satisfying relationship – I want to be there years later if you decide to sell your home and I know I have to earn that.

Not to mention, I am an expert in the areas I work and I am experienced in all aspects of real estate, from concept through design and construction.
