Annie Evans is an experienced expert in Real Estate and associated disciplines – she studied in architecture and well versed and ‘experienced’ in design and construction having managed multiple construction projects.  Annie has participated in all aspects of development from concept and planning through financing and completion.  She has worked with communities, action committees and building departments in various California locations.

California has been Annie’s playground her whole life – growing up skiing and playing in Yosemite National Park, and many of the most primo areas in California – including Big Sur, Carmel Valley and the Monterey Peninsula.

Annie grew up riding horses and hiking on the beach and through the canyons of her Malibu playground. After living on Malibu Road and Point Dume, her family finally settled on the bluffs of Paradise Cove for over 40 years. After selling my family’s estate in Malibu, I moved to Ventura ‘temporarily’ – but I fell in love with it and have finally moved my office to Ventura.  I still work in Malibu, as well, and it is great to be able to offer more affordable homes to my Malibu clients (and Malibu agents) with a great lifestyle  – convenient to airports, Malibu and Greater Los Angeles and points north.

Even with her extensive global travels her heart has never left California.  With roots in both Monterey county and Malibu  (she managed an award winning architectural firm [www.GFArchitects.com] for over a decade, with an extensive list of Malibu projects). Wherever she is, she has been active in searching to find the balance between keeping the local feel and natural beauty and responsible development.

Annie has also been a Licensed Realtor in Monterey County. Her knowledge of California combined with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, from leases and sales through procuring land, design, development, construction and interior finishing. She has been an expediter of challenging projects through the zoning, planning, building permits and Coastal process.
